中国国际国际房地产与建筑科技展览会
优博会展集团主办并承办的中国国际房地产与建筑科技展览会（简称：中国住交会），系为贯彻国务院转发《关于推进中国住宅产业现代化，提高住宅质量》的1999年72号文件精神，由国家科技部、建设部、中科院及深圳市人民政府等相关部门联合主办的全国性重大展览项目，被业界誉为“中国地产节”的中国住交会在深圳成功举办五届后，移师上海。
以城市营造为主题的第六届中国住交会，吸引了成都、青岛、无锡、合肥等16个城市连同291家房地产开发商、房地产服务机构、建筑部品企业参展，展览面积共46000平方米。有近5万专业观众、500家中外媒体的1500多名记者到场。
夏交会、冬交会
优博展览集团于2003年7月和2004年7月成功举办了两届中国（深圳）精品住宅展示交易会（简称“夏交会”）；2003年12月举办了中国（深圳）迎新年房地产精品展示交易会（简称“冬交会”）。

International Real Estate ＆ Archi-tech Fairs (CIHAF)
hosted and undertaken by UB Exhibition is a significant
exhibition project nation wide jointly organized
and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology,
the Ministry of Construction, Chinese Academy of
Sciences and Shenzhen Municipal government in the
spirit of Advice on How to Promote Modernization
of Buildings and to Enhance the Building Quality
(No.72)transmitted by the State Council in 1999.
CIHAF, honored as “Chinese Real Estate Festival”,
now is transferred to Shanghai after five successful
sessions in Shenzhen.
The
6th CIHAF, establishing “Urban Management” as its
theme, attracted 291 exhibitors, including 16 cities,
such as Chengdu, Qingdao, Wuxi, Hefei and real estate
developers, real estate services and building materials
suppliers with exhibition space of 46,000 sqm. About
50,000 visitors and 1500 journalists from 500 press
media home and abroad participated.

Exhibition successfully held two sessions of China
(Shenzhen) Real Estate & Housing Products Summer
Fair in July 2003 and in July 2004 and in December
2003 it also held China (Shenzhen) Real Estate &
Housing Products New Year Fair.
Summer
Fair and Winter Fair were jointly held by the two
major media in Shenzhen: Shenzhen Television Station
and Shenzhen News, which set up a transaction and
communication platform for real estate dealers and
buyers and was thus called “Buyers Festival”.

September, 2003, UB Exhibition held 2003 China (Shenzhen)
International Fashion Jewelry & Accessory and
Equipment Expo (“Fashion Expo” in short) with the
